After nearly a decade of renting in New York City, I came back to my roots in New Jersey. It wasn’t long after my husband and I bought our house in Monmouth County that I realized just how much goes into managing a home — from major construction projects and design decisions to vendors, maintenance, and all of the everyday details in between. I saw an opportunity to provide homeowners with something that was often missing: a trusted, hands-on resource who could step in, take ownership of the details, and help make homeownership feel a little easier.

Before starting Van Wagoner Works, I spent nearly 15 years working for an advertising agency in NYC, where I developed expertise in communication, collaboration, organization, and project management. Grounded in precision and driven by client satisfaction, I bring bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project — big or small.

Today, I blend my experience with my love of design and homes to provide a seamless, concierge-style service for homeowners. Whether starting a new build, managing a complex renovation, coordinating a rental turnover, or simply taking something off your to-do list, I bring the same high-touch dedication, organization and attention to detail to every client and every home.
